The Bay of Quinte EDA encompasses all of Quinte West eastward through Belleville south of Hwy 401 and south to Prince Edward County.

It is a diverse region with both urban and rural areas and offers quiet county life to city dwelling. Home to CFB Trenton, the Bay of Quinte has a variety of employment options from farming, manufacturing, transportation and logistics,
warehousing, trucking, and various telecommunications related businesses.

Tourism in the area is significant, especially in the summer months due to the Bay of Quinte and its fishing, as
well as local golf courses, provincial parks, craft breweries, eclectic restaurants and wineries.
